Fish street-food "RYBA MOYA"

The concept of the street-food «RYBA MOYA» is a fast and simple fish and seafood dishes, which you can eat by your hands, at the restaurant or take-away. Most of the dishes are cooked from local fish and seafood, you don't need a fork and a knife, and you can eat straight from the package.

Main menu: sandwich with mackerel (aka Turkish balik ekmek), fillets of red mullet, deep-fry horse mackerel.

Horse mackerel and red mullet are being milled, breaded in flour, divided by portions and frozen by shock freezing.

Fish is grilled, or deep fried, with a minimum spices to keep the natural taste.

All dishes are cooked on the open kitchen, in front of the guests, time to serve is 3-5 minutes
